




Creating an award-winning ice cream isn’t just about bringing together a few ingredients — it’s a labour of love, a taste experiment and an adventure all in one! Creating a new flavour also takes a considerable amount of time, from the sourcing of the ingredients (all-natural of course) to perfecting the recipe for the ultimate taste sensation and PURE natural goodness. The goal is to create a dish that’s perfect for every occasion, be it a quiet night in or a dinner party dessert.

Tiramisu means ‘pick-me-up’ in Italian, and we believe this describes the flavour perfectly. At PURE we are all about purity of flavour, so you can be sure our ice creams use the best natural ingredients to produce ridiculously delicious flavours. It’s not just us that think we have it just about right - according to the Outstanding NZ Food Producer judges our Tiramisu has perfect balance and great coffee flavouring. And best of all, like all our ice creams, gelatos and sorbets, it is all-natural and free of artificial preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers, colour and flavour enhancers.
