




Adding nuts or chocolate is a great way to add a little crunch to your ice cream. Make sure you choose quality and natural additions. We added some homemade granola to our Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Boysenberry Gelato to make this deliciously healthy parfait.
Our fruit-based ice creams, gelatos and sorbets lend themselves to accompanying a bowl of delicious and locally sourced fresh fruit. For a special dessert, how about trying this… our dairy-free dark chocolate sorbet, black Doris plums and halva. Halva, a delicacy from the Middle East, is made from tahini and is similar to fudge.
Need a little pick me up? Just add a scoop of delicious PURE Vanilla Bean Ice Cream to your morning espresso. A sure way to brighten your day.
And if espresso and ice cream isn’t quite enough, why not try adding some rum. We love this rum affogato, made with a scoop of PURE Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a splash of spiced rum from Karven Craft Distiller. The perfect after dinner digestif.
Straight from our kitchen, this layered ice cream cake is not to be missed. Layers of PURE Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and PURE Dark Chocolate Ice Cream separated with a delicate wafer. Topped with Hokey Pokey pieces and chocolate sauce.

Take your favourite homemade cookie recipe, or artisan made cookies and add some of your favourite, artisan PURE flavour. This sandwich uses PURE New Zealand Lemon Curd Ice Cream.
